Show #2: Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2010 Dates: 17th Sept, to 21 Sept, 2010 in Mumbai, India. Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) is jointly organized by Lakme, the No.1 cosmetics and beauty brand in India and IMG Fashion, global leader in the management and production of fashion weeks and designer fashion events. LFW has been conceived and created with a vision to “Redefine the future of fashion and Integrate India into the global fashion world”. LFW is organized twice annually.
Show #3: Ethical Fashion Show 2010. Dates: 25th Sept, to 28 Sept, 2010. The location is: Docks en Seine, Paris, France. Ethical Fashion Show 2010 is the foremost international event for ethical and solidarity fashion dedicated to sustainable development. Since its creation in 2004, Ethical Fashion Show strives to publicize the ethical fashion which includes economic, human and environmental aspects. Ethical Fashion Show brings together designers who care about environment and culture’s skills. From chic to traditional fashion, including street wear, there’s something to suit all tastes.
Show #4: Fashion Philosophy Fashion Week. 2010 Dates: 9th Oct to 16th Oct 2010. Location: Andels Hotel and Poznanski Palace, Poland. Fashion Philosophy Fashion Week in Poland in Poland project Poland that promotes beauty through fashion and exclusiveness. This event also attracts artists, merchants and the media. Fashion shows taking place at this time allow designers and brands to present their latest collections. For merchants, Fashion Week is an opportunity to get acquainted with new trends and to establish contact with the fashion houses.
Show #5: Graduate Fashion Week 2010. Dates: 6 June to 10 June 2010 at Earls Court 2, United Kingdom. Graduate Fashion Week is totally unique with no other country in the world investing in fashion graduates on such a scale.
Show #6: Amsterdam International Fashion Week 2010. Dates: 14 July to 18 July 2010. At: Westergasfabriek, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Amsterdam International Fashion Week started in 2004 as an initiative to put Amsterdam on the map as a sparkling and internationally oriented destination for Fashion. Twice a year, Fashion Week forms the center-point of the Dutch fashion world, with a full schedule of catwalk shows, trade fairs, presentations, lectures and parties. Young and established designers show their collections on the Amsterdam catwalk. With the growing interest in �Dutch Design’, Amsterdam International Fashion Week attracts a growing audience of directional international brands, buyers and press.
Show #6: Frugal Fashion Week 2010. 22 July to 25 July 2010. Location: TBC, Toronto, Canada. Frugal Fashion Week (FFW) was created to encourage local support of designers and retailers through a series of stylish programs and events. The first fashion week of its kind, FFW partners with fashionable commercial communities in order to meet the consumer need for retail incentives and creative shopping outlets. Frugal Fashion Week invites shoppers to support local retailers by attending carefully-crafted, fashion-forward events.
Show #7: Bangalore Fashion Week 2010. Dates: 22 July to 25 July 2010. Location: TBC, Bangalore, India. Bangalore Fashion Week (BFW) has been conceived and created with a vision to Showcase Bangalore Fashion Industry to The Global Fashion World. It is a premier event in India. The objective of BFW will be to create business relationships and to facilitate a dialog between designers and trade buyers.
Show #8: Copenhagen Fashion Week 2010. Dates: 12 Aug to 15 Aug 2010. Location: Bella Center, Copenhagen, Denmark. Every February and August, Copenhagen is host to Northern Europe’s largest fashion event, Copenhagen Fashion Week. On the catwalks are a growing number of new and known Danish talent with a preview of their upcoming collections. And at the three trade fairs, CPH Vision, Gallery and Copenhagen International Fashion Fair, you will find an additional 1,100 exhibitors representing a total of over 2,300 international brand name collections.

The mission of Fashion Week by Berns is to elevate Scandinavian designers and sponsors globally before local and international members of press and the fashion industry.
